Detailed Introduction

Injection mold cores, cavities and mold sleeves are the core molding components of plastic injection molds. Core pins and thin ejector pins undertake product shaping and ejection tasks, while circular forming sleeves and gear inserts form complex outer contours and special tooth structures of plastic products. Their surface smoothness and dimensional stability directly determine the surface gloss, dimensional accuracy and production cycle of molded plastic parts.

All parts adopt full-chain precision processing: CNC forming, vacuum heat treatment, ultra-precision grinding, EDM fine finishing and mirror polishing. Strict multi-dimensional size inspection ensures zero dimensional deviation, effectively solving common molding defects such as product burrs, sticking mold and surface flow lines.

Customized production is supported based on 2D/3D drawings or plastic product samples. Corresponding material grades and polishing standards can be matched according to injection temperature, plastic material and production output to meet long-term high-efficiency precision molding demands.
