Detailed Introduction

This complete set of mold components covers all core molding functional parts required for precision molds. Mold sleeves and bushings shape the outer contour of plastic/metal products; gear inserts form complex tooth structures; ultra-thin core pins fabricate micro holes and narrow slots; positioning washers and stepped cylinders guarantee precise mold alignment during mass production. The dimensional accuracy, surface finish and hardness of these parts directly control product appearance, assembly tolerance and continuous mold operation stability.

All parts undergo standardized full-process precision manufacturing: CNC rough forming, vacuum heat treatment to stabilize hardness, dual-axis ultra-precision grinding to eliminate circular runout, EDM processing for special side cutouts and tooth profiles, plus final mirror polishing to reduce molding friction. Each finished component passes full inspection of concentricity, roundness and dimensional tolerance to eliminate defects such as product burrs, mold sticking and dimensional drift.

Customized production is supported based on 2D/3D drawings or physical samples. Material selection, surface coating and polishing standards can be adjusted according to molding temperature, workpiece material and daily output to satisfy diversified long-cycle precision manufacturing demands.
