Mold sleeves and positioning washers are essential circular functional components for precision molds. Multi-step forming sleeves are responsible for shaping outer contours of small plastic and metal workpieces, while flat positioning washers control mold closing depth and ensure consistent cavity alignment. The ultra-precise inner bore and outer cylindrical surface eliminate dimensional runout, which effectively avoids uneven wall thickness and dimensional deviation on finished products.

All parts adopt standardized full-process precision manufacturing: CNC rough turning for basic profiles, vacuum heat treatment to improve surface hardness, dual-axis precision grinding to guarantee coaxiality, and final mirror polishing to reduce molding friction. Each finished component undergoes roundness, concentricity and full dimensional inspection to meet high-cycle continuous mass production standards.

Customization is supported based on 2D/3D drawings or physical samples. Material grades and surface roughness standards can be optimized according to molding temperature, workpiece material and daily production volume to extend mold service life and lower defect rates.
