Detailed Introduction

This high-yield cavity insert plate integrates eighteen independent circular molding cavities arranged neatly in three columns and six rows, enabling eighteen finished round plastic parts to be molded in one single shot, greatly boosting production efficiency compared to low-cavity molds. The split surround insert frame structure allows individual damaged circular cavity inserts to be replaced separately, avoiding full insert overhaul and cutting maintenance costs and downtime.

A dense network of cooling holes is distributed around each circular cavity to realize uniform circumferential temperature control, effectively controlling plastic shrinkage rate, eliminating oval deformation, sink marks and surface ripples on cylindrical products. Four oversized guide pin sleeves at the four corners provide high-rigidity mold closing positioning, preventing mold misalignment and flash under high injection pressure. The red safety limit stop on the side stabilizes automatic mold opening stroke during unmanned production.

The full ultra-precision manufacturing workflow meets mass production precision standards: each circular cavity inner wall is processed via precision circular grinding and micro sinker EDM to guarantee perfect roundness and smooth surface finish; mold steel undergoes vacuum quenching & tempering heat treatment to improve wear resistance against glass-filled PA66, PBT and PP engineering plastics; multi-stage mirror polishing removes micro burrs to ensure smooth ejection without scratching circular plastic surfaces. Optional PVD hard coating can be applied to cavity inner walls to extend mold service life for long-term cyclic production.

All inserts, cooling circuits and positioning structures pass full CMM coordinate measurement inspection before assembly to strictly control circular cavity roundness, concentricity and cavity depth tolerance. We fully support custom development based on customer 2D/3D engineering drawings or physical plastic samples. Cavity quantity, circular inner diameter, wall thickness, cooling layout and surface treatment can be adjusted according to product usage, plastic material and daily production capacity, meeting large-batch precision molding demands of various small circular plastic parts.
