LCP material provides ultra-low thermal expansion coefficient, resisting deformation under long-term high-temperature working environment of vehicle electronics; glass-filled PBT enhances structural rigidity and wear resistance for frequent plugging cycles. Each housing is integrated with dense miniature terminal positioning slots, which realize precise clamping of copper conductive terminals to guarantee stable electrical connection. The multi-grid cavity layout optimizes melt flow path during injection, effectively solving thin-wall shrinkage and warpage defects common in small high-temperature plastic parts.

2. Vacuum heat treatment for mold steel to stabilize dimensional accuracy at high injection temperature
3. Multi-stage mirror polishing to reduce melt adhesion of LCP/PBT high-temperature plastic
4. High-temperature precision injection molding under controlled mold temperature
5. Post-molding deburring, dimensional full inspection, matching assembly with copper terminal strips

All finished plastic housings pass 3D coordinate measurement and high-temperature aging testing to meet automotive electronic heat resistance standards.
