This series of connector auxiliary plastic components adopts two core high-temperature flame-retardant engineering plastics to meet the precise matching requirements of automotive wiring harness connectors.

LCP material delivers ultra-low thermal expansion and excellent thin-wall molding performance, applied to ultra-fine long grid positioning strips and miniature anti-retention pins, which avoid dimensional drift under long-term high-temperature engine cabin environment and prevent metal terminals from backing out. V0 flame-retardant glass-filled PBT provides good rigidity and impact resistance, suitable for large locking wedges and protective covers that bear assembly pressing force.

The product portfolio covers ultra-long multi-grid positioning strips for dense multi-pin connectors, yellow reinforced lock frames, multi-spec terminal locking wedges in black/white/gray, tiny cylindrical anti-retention pins and square terminal protective shells. All auxiliary parts are designed with precise matching clearance to cooperate with main connector housings, forming double anti-loosening structure to eliminate terminal loose contact risks during vehicle vibration. Optimized micro thin-wall injection mold flow path solves filling shortage and warpage defects of tiny plastic accessories.

Complete Production Workflow

1. Custom micro mold core processing: 5-axis CNC fine milling, micro sinker EDM for ultra-fine grid and pin contour
2. Vacuum stress relief heat treatment for mold steel to stabilize tiny cavity dimensions under continuous high-temperature injection
3. Multi-stage mirror polishing to reduce melt adhesion of LCP/PBT high-temperature plastic and ensure smooth assembly fit
4. Segmented temperature-controlled precision injection molding for thin-wall tiny plastic accessories
5. Post-molding full 3D coordinate inspection, burr trimming and high-temperature vibration aging testing

All finished auxiliary plastic parts pass dimensional verification and vibration anti-loosening aging tests. Custom development is fully supported based on customer connector assembly drawings: grid length, locking wedge thickness, pin diameter and plastic material grade can be adjusted according to connector pin density, working temperature and anti-loosening grade requirements.
