This full automotive connector component series adopts two core high-temperature engineering plastics to adapt diverse vehicle working conditions.

LCP material features ultra-low thermal expansion and high-frequency insulation performance, applied to dense miniature multi-pin signal terminal blocks and tiny positioning auxiliary parts inside engine compartments, effectively avoiding terminal offset caused by long-term high-temperature heating. V0 flame-retardant glass-filled PBT delivers outstanding mechanical rigidity and impact resistance, ideal for large multi-circuit junction boxes, cylindrical high-voltage plugs and mounting brackets that bear heavy mechanical load and circuit heating risks.

The product portfolio covers all core matching parts of automotive wiring harness systems: long multi-row signal terminal blocks in blue, green, brown and white, cylindrical high-current power plugs, color-coded modular signal housings, waterproof sealing rubber plugs, terminal locking wedges, anti-retention pins and locking operation covers. Multi-color differentiation is adopted to distinguish power, signal, ground and high-voltage circuits for quick assembly inspection. Every main housing and auxiliary accessory is designed with matched precision clearance, forming dual anti-loosening protection to eliminate poor contact caused by vehicle vibration. Optimized thin-wall melt flow mold design solves shrinkage, warpage and flash defects during molding high-temperature flame-retardant plastics.

Complete Production Workflow

1. Custom precision mold core processing: 5-axis CNC rough & fine milling, micro sinker EDM for complex curved contours and tiny grid pin slots
2. Vacuum stress relief heat treatment for mold steel to stabilize cavity dimensions under continuous high-temperature injection cycles
3. Multi-stage mirror polishing to reduce melt adhesion of LCP/PBT flame-retardant plastic and lower demolding resistance
4. Segmented temperature-controlled precision injection molding with customizable color masterbatch blending
5. Post-molding full 3D coordinate dimensional inspection, burr trimming, high-temperature aging and flame retardancy safety testing

All finished plastic components pass thermal stability and vibration anti-loosening aging verification. Custom development is fully supported based on customer circuit layout drawings: pin grid quantity, shell wall thickness, plastic flame retardant grade, locking mechanism and color scheme can be adjusted according to operating temperature, current load and vehicle assembly requirements.
