This grid terminal component series adopts PEEK and PEI high-performance polymers to satisfy extreme working condition requirements of high-density wiring modules.

• PEEK: Superior tensile strength, wear resistance and long-term thermal stability, ideal for large long grid blocks bearing assembly extrusion load and cyclic high temperature.
• PEI: Balanced high-temperature insulation and excellent thin-wall moldability, applied to miniature terminal strips and small locking inserts with ultra-fine pin grids.

The product portfolio covers all matching structural parts for high-density wiring: oversized long multi-cavity grid retainer blocks, full dense pin terminal plates, U-shaped locking frames for terminal anti-retreat, micro positioning inserts and thin long strip terminal strips. Each component adopts integrated reinforced rib design to boost structural rigidity and avoid deformation under vehicle vibration and temperature cycling. Independent grid isolation partitions prevent signal crosstalk and short circuits between circuits. Optimized high-temperature melt flow mold design solves filling shortage and warpage defects of large thin-grid PEEK/PEI parts during injection molding.

Complete Production Workflow

1. Precision mold core processing: 5-axis CNC rough & finish milling, micro sinker EDM for tiny dense pin grid contours
2. Vacuum stress relief heat treatment for mold steel to stabilize large cavity dimensions under sustained high-temperature injection cycles
3. Multi-stage ultra-fine mirror polishing to reduce high-viscosity PEEK/PEI melt adhesion and guarantee smooth terminal insertion
4. Segmented high-temperature precision injection molding dedicated to PEEK & PEI high-performance plastics
5. Post-molding full 3D coordinate dimensional inspection, burr trimming, long-term high-temperature thermal aging and insulation resistance testing

All finished plastic components pass thermal creep and hydrolysis resistance verification. Custom development is fully supported based on customer circuit layout drawings: grid hole quantity, pin spacing, wall thickness and material grade can be adjusted according to operating temperature, wiring density and assembly load requirements. The diversified specification series realizes one-stop matching supply from miniature sensor terminal strips to large vehicle control module grid distribution blocks.
