Equipment Details

The BK-850L uses a combined guideway structure. The X and Y axes are equipped with linear guideways to reduce movement resistance and support efficient positioning, while the Z axis uses a rigid box guideway to provide stable vertical support for the spindle head. This structure helps maintain machining stability during milling, drilling, and continuous cutting operations.

With a 1,000 × 500 mm worktable and an 800 × 500 × 500 mm machining envelope, the equipment can accommodate a wide range of medium-sized mechanical parts, mold inserts, automation components, fixtures, and equipment structural parts.

The BT40 spindle and automatic tool-changing system allow several machining operations to be completed without repeated manual setup. Rapid axis movement helps reduce non-cutting time, while the enclosed machine structure, centralized lubrication system, spindle cooling, and coolant flushing system support cleaner and more stable continuous production.
