Guanglijin Vertical Injection Molding Machine

Our injection molding workshop operates a Guanglijin vertical injection molding machine for the in-house production and validation of precision plastic components, insert-molded parts, and small structural parts.

The machine uses a vertical clamping and injection arrangement. Its open working area allows metal inserts, terminals, bushings, pins, or other components to be positioned inside the mold before the molding cycle begins. This configuration is particularly suitable for components that combine plastic with pre-positioned inserts.

The Guanglijin brand belongs to Shenzhen Guanglijin Technology Co., Ltd., whose business scope includes precision injection molding machines, electric molding equipment, and related automation systems.

Key Advantages

  • Convenient insert positioning

Injection Molding Capabilities

During production, plastic material is fed through the upper hopper, heated and plasticized inside the injection unit, and then injected into the closed mold cavity. After holding and cooling, the mold opens so the finished component can be removed or transferred to the next operation.

The equipment supports the adjustment of key molding conditions such as:

  • Injection speed and pressure
  • Plasticizing temperature
  • Material metering
  • Holding pressure and time
  • Mold opening and closing
  • Clamping conditions
  • Cooling time
  • Ejection sequence
  • Overall molding cycle

The vertical machine layout helps operators place inserts directly into the mold while maintaining a clear view of the working area. Depending on the mold and fixture design, the machine can support manual insert loading or integration with auxiliary handling equipment.

Typical Applications

The Guanglijin vertical injection molding machine is used in our factory for:

  • Insert-molded plastic components
  • Plastic-over-metal parts
  • Electrical terminals and connectors
  • Bushings and threaded inserts
  • Small precision structural parts
  • Sealing and insulating components
  • Mold-trial samples
  • Low-volume and repeat production

Typical insert materials may include stainless steel, carbon steel, copper alloys, brass, and other components compatible with the selected molding process.

Insert Molding and Overmolding

Insert molding places a pre-manufactured component inside the mold before plastic is injected around it. This allows the plastic and insert to form one integrated component during the molding cycle.

The process can help reduce later assembly steps and support more stable positioning between plastic and metal features. Common combinations include:

  • Plastic around threaded inserts
  • Plastic around electrical terminals
  • Plastic around pins or shafts
  • Insulating material around conductive parts
  • Plastic grips or covers over metal components

Before production, the insert position, mold clearance, material flow, and ejection method are reviewed to reduce insert movement, incomplete filling, flash, or part deformation.

Role in Our Manufacturing Process

The vertical injection molding machine is integrated with our mold design, precision machining, EDM, grinding, mold assembly, trial molding, and inspection capabilities.

A typical workflow may include:

  1. Mold and insert preparation
  2. Insert cleaning and positioning
  3. Mold setup and parameter adjustment
  4. Trial injection molding
  5. Part removal and appearance inspection
  6. Dimensional and functional verification
  7. Mold or process adjustment
  8. Repeat production

Keeping this process within our factory allows mold technicians, molding operators, engineers, and quality personnel to review actual samples together. When filling, insert position, flash, shrinkage, adhesion, or demolding issues are identified, the mold structure or molding conditions can be adjusted directly.

The equipment shown represents our in-house vertical injection molding capability. The specific model number is not clearly visible in the image, so the recommended equipment name is Guanglijin Vertical Injection Molding Machine. Actual processing conditions depend on the resin, insert material, mold structure, component geometry, tolerance requirements, and production quantity.
