Plastic Parts Inspection Workshop

Our plastic parts inspection workshop is equipped with a 2.5D vision measuring system and digital microscope inspection stations for the dimensional and visual verification of precision molded components.

The inspection area supports mold trials, first-article verification, in-process quality control, and final product inspection. By combining optical dimensional measurement with magnified surface examination, our quality team can evaluate both the geometry and appearance of plastic components before packaging or transfer to the next production stage.

Inspection Capability

The workshop can inspect overall dimensions, hole positions, spacing, profiles, edges, and other detailed features. Magnified observation also supports the identification of flash, burrs, scratches, cracks, incomplete filling, deformation, contamination, and gate-area defects.

Typical inspected products include precision plastic parts, connectors, housings, fittings, insert-molded components, small structural parts, and mold-trial samples.

Inspection results are communicated directly to our molding, tooling, engineering, and quality teams. When variation is identified, mold dimensions, injection parameters, cooling conditions, ejection methods, or handling processes can be reviewed and adjusted within the same manufacturing workflow.

The workshop forms part of our in-house quality-control system for plastic component production. Actual inspection methods and acceptance criteria are determined according to product drawings, dimensional tolerances, appearance standards, and project requirements.
