Biosafety Cabinet in the Cleanroom

Our cleanroom is equipped with a biosafety cabinet for the controlled handling, inspection, and preparation of medical-related components and materials. The cabinet creates a localized protected working area by directing filtered airflow through the operating zone, helping reduce airborne particle exposure during sensitive manual procedures.

Operators wear cleanroom garments, masks, and gloves while working inside the cabinet. The enclosed workspace is suitable for operations that require closer contamination control than an ordinary inspection bench.

Application Capabilities

The biosafety cabinet may be used for:

  • Medical component inspection
  • Clean assembly and handling
  • Sample preparation
  • Product sorting and transfer
  • Packaging preparation
  • Handling parts with cleanliness requirements

Its illuminated work area provides operators with a clear view while components remain inside a controlled airflow zone. Tools, fixtures, containers, and materials are cleaned before entering the cabinet to reduce cross-contamination.

Role in Our Cleanroom Process

The biosafety cabinet supports our cleanroom production and quality-control workflow, connecting injection molding, cleaning, inspection, assembly, and controlled packaging.

A typical process may include component transfer, clean handling, visual inspection, assembly or preparation, and placement into clean containers before the next production stage.

The equipment shown represents our in-house controlled handling capability. Actual operating procedures are determined according to the component type, cleanliness requirements, process documents, and project quality standards.
