FANUC ROBOSHOT Injection Molding Machine

Our injection molding workshop is equipped with a FANUC ROBOSHOT all-electric injection molding machine for mold trials, sample verification, process development, and repeat production of precision plastic components.

The equipment is integrated with a top-entry take-out robot, allowing molded parts or runner systems to be removed automatically after each molding cycle. This automated configuration supports consistent cycle timing, controlled product handling, and efficient transfer to inspection or collection areas.

The complete machine model is not clearly visible in the image, so the general equipment name FANUC ROBOSHOT Injection Molding Machine is recommended.

Equipment Capabilities

The FANUC ROBOSHOT machine uses electric servo control for injection, plasticizing, clamping, mold movement, and ejection. Molding parameters can be adjusted according to the resin, mold structure, component geometry, dimensional requirements, and surface standards.

The equipment supports:

  • Precision plastic components
  • Medical-related molded parts
  • Electronic and connector components
  • Plastic fittings and structural parts
  • Insert-molded components
  • Mold-trial samples
  • Low-volume and repeat production

The top-entry robot removes products from the mold area and transfers them to a collection container, inspection station, conveyor, or downstream process. This helps reduce unnecessary contact with newly molded components and maintains a more standardized handling sequence.

Role in Our Manufacturing Process

The FANUC ROBOSHOT machine is integrated with our mold design, CNC machining, EDM, grinding, mold assembly, trial molding, and quality-inspection capabilities.

A typical production process includes mold installation, resin preparation, process setup, sample molding, automated part removal, appearance and dimensional inspection, process optimization, and repeat production.

Keeping this molding capability within our factory allows molding operators, mold technicians, engineers, and quality personnel to review actual samples directly and coordinate adjustments when filling, dimensions, surface appearance, cooling, or demolding conditions require improvement.

The equipment shown represents our in-house FANUC ROBOSHOT injection molding capability. Actual molding conditions depend on the machine configuration, resin material, mold design, component geometry, and project quality requirements.
