The workshop can support operations such as:

Operator-assisted stations are used for products requiring flexible positioning, small-batch assembly, or manual confirmation. Enclosed automated systems are used for repeat production where consistent assembly sequence and process control are required.

Quality and Process Control

Assembly parameters, fixture positions, feeding conditions, and inspection standards are set according to product drawings and process documents. Components can be checked for correct orientation, missing parts, assembly position, appearance, and functional condition before transfer to the next stage.

The medical automated assembly workshop forms part of our in-house manufacturing system, connecting injection molding, component inspection, automated assembly, cleaning, and controlled packaging. Actual assembly methods are selected according to the product structure, cleanliness requirements, production quantity, and project quality standards.
