Detailed Introduction

Connector mold blocks and inserts are core forming parts for multi-cavity connector injection molds. Multi-position rectangular mold blocks realize mass simultaneous molding of multiple plastic connectors, while special-shaped core inserts and thin mold pins form tiny terminal slots and positioning structures inside plastic housings. Their dimensional consistency and surface finish directly determine the assembly accuracy and appearance quality of finished connector products.

All mold components adopt full-process precision manufacturing workflow: CNC rough machining of complex multi-cavity profiles, vacuum heat treatment to strengthen hardness, ultra-precision surface grinding and EDM fine machining for tiny deep slots. Full-size coordinate measurement inspection is implemented for every finished piece to eliminate dimensional deviation, plastic burrs and sticking mold issues during mass production.

Custom manufacturing is available according to 2D/3D drawings or finished connector samples. Material selection and processing standards can be optimized based on injection temperature, plastic raw material and daily production volume to meet high-efficiency long-term precision molding requirements.
