Detailed Introduction

This high-yield split mold set features 32 independent small cavities arranged in a neat 4-row × 8-column matrix, which drastically raises output per molding shot compared to low-cavity molds. The fixed mold plate is equipped with complete cavity inserts and integrated yellow disc spring ejection assemblies under the plate, which output uniform ejecting force to prevent bending or scratching ultra-thin miniature connector parts during demolding. The movable mold plate carries matched forming inserts with a central balanced runner system, ensuring identical melt filling speed and pressure for all 32 cavities to eliminate inconsistent dimensional tolerance, sink marks and warpage.

Four oversized multi-stage guide posts are mounted on the fixed mold half to realize high-rigidity repeated mold closing, effectively avoiding flash and mold offset under high injection pressure. All tiny pin slot contours inside each cavity are processed by micro sinker EDM and wire EDM to maintain micron-level pin pitch accuracy, complying with strict electronic assembly standards. Mold steel undergoes vacuum quenching & tempering heat treatment to strengthen hardness and corrosion resistance against glass-filled PBT, PA66 and LCP flame-retardant plastics. Optional PVD hard coating can be applied to cavity inserts to extend mold service life for long-term continuous production.

All mold inserts, guide assemblies and mold base pass full CMM coordinate measurement inspection before assembly to strictly control cavity flatness, pin concentricity and mold closing clearance. Mold serial numbers are engraved on the mold frame for easy production tracking. We fully support custom development based on customer 2D/3D drawings or physical connector samples. Cavity quantity, pin layout, cooling layout and ejection stroke can be adjusted according to daily production volume, plastic material and service life requirements, meeting large-batch precision production demands of miniature signal connectors.
