Detailed Introduction

This medical connector injection mold is specially developed for small transparent medical plastic connecting fittings, solving the problems of internal stress, haze and difficult ejection of thin-walled transparent medical parts.

The mold is divided into front fixed plate and rear moving plate. The fixed side forms the outer square outline of the connector, and the moving side is equipped with a cylindrical core for the inner flow channel of the medical connector. Four high-precision guide pins at the four corners ensure parallel mold closing to prevent flash, and the built-in disc spring ejection assembly provides uniform ejection force to avoid deformation of thin transparent medical plastic parts during demolding. The square independent insert design facilitates disassembly, cleaning and maintenance to meet medical dust-free production standards; all cavity surfaces are ultra-mirror polished to ensure the finished medical connector has high light transmittance without flow marks.

1. 5-axis CNC rough milling for mold base outline and square cavity rough forming
2. Vacuum stress relief heat treatment to stabilize mold steel hardness and reduce thermal deformation under long-term high-temperature injection
3. Precision surface grinding to control mold plate flatness and parallelism within ±0.002mm
4. Sinker EDM & wire cut WEDM for precise cylindrical flow channel core and square cavity matching gap
5. Medical-grade multi-step mirror polishing to eliminate tool marks and guarantee transparent product surface
6. Optional non-toxic anti-rust coating compatible with medical PP, PC raw materials

All mold components pass full 3D coordinate measuring inspection to comply with strict medical drawing tolerance standards. Custom development is fully supported based on medical connector samples or engineering drawings: mold steel grade, core size, spring ejection force and cooling pipeline layout can be adjusted according to medical plastic material, wall thickness and daily output requirements. The split two-plate structure simplifies mold installation and regular cleaning maintenance, effectively reducing reject rates of medical transparent connecting fittings.
