This complete connector housing product line adopts LCP and glass-filled PBT two core high-temperature plastic materials to adapt different working condition requirements.

LCP material suits high-frequency, high-temperature compact miniature connectors, with ultra-low thermal expansion to avoid pin position offset under long-term heating; glass fiber reinforced PBT delivers outstanding structural rigidity and plug wear resistance for heavy-load automotive power connectors. The product lineup includes single-row/multi-row pin terminal bases, sealed circular connectors, large power cylindrical insulating shells and intermediate positioning sealing gaskets. Complex undercut snap structures and precise pin hole positioning slots are integrated into each housing to realize reliable locking and zero-gap matching with metal terminals. The optimized thin-wall injection structure effectively eliminates shrinkage, warpage and flash defects common to high-temperature plastic molding.

Complete Production Workflow

1. Custom precision mold core processing: 5-axis CNC roughing, micro sinker EDM for tiny pin holes
2. Vacuum heat treatment for mold steel to stabilize cavity size under long high-temperature injection cycles
3. Multi-stage mirror polishing to reduce high-temperature plastic melt adhesion and demolding resistance
4. Temperature-controlled precision injection molding for LCP/PBT engineering plastics
5. Post-molding full dimensional inspection, burr removal and insulation performance testing

All finished plastic housings pass 3D coordinate measurement and high-temperature aging verification. Custom development is fully supported based on terminal layout drawings: pin count, shell shape, plastic material grade and sealing structure can be adjusted according to operating temperature, voltage load and plug cycle requirements.
