Detailed Introduction

This multi-cavity liquid silicone injection mold is customized for mixed multi-size transparent LSR fluid control connectors used in diagnostic lab equipment, fully optimized for LSR’s high transparency, soft elasticity and medical biocompatibility to eliminate typical LSR molding defects including thin wall shrinkage, micro nozzle weld lines and transparent surface particle shedding.

The split fixed-moving two-plate mold adopts symmetrical modular multi-row cavity layout to produce all connector assemblies shown in the image, including straight through connectors, 90° elbow fittings, stepped micro nozzles, tapered dispensing tips and tiny sealing auxiliary parts. Each multi-thin-wall lab connector cavity is an independent embedded insert for quick disassembly, size switching and residue-free deep cleaning. All molding surfaces adopt multi-stage particle-free high-gloss polishing matched with LSR high-temperature vulcanization characteristics, removing micro burrs and internal fluid dead corners without secondary post-molding trimming that generates contaminating particles.

Independent distributed cooling pipelines are laid out for every single cavity to precisely stabilize mold temperature during continuous LSR curing molding, effectively restraining thin transparent fitting warpage, threaded port shrinkage and micro nozzle dimensional deviation. Built-in precision interlock slide locking blocks maintain stable clamping force under long-cycle Class 100 cleanroom mass production, preventing micro flash on ultra-thin connector edges to avoid polluting lab high-purity test reagents, and extending mold service life under cyclic liquid silicone molding.

2. Vacuum stress relief heat treatment to stabilize steel hardness and reduce thermal deformation under long-run high-temperature LSR curing
3. Precision surface grinding to control mold plate flatness & parallelism within ±0.002mm
4. Sinker EDM & Wire Cut WEDM for ultra-fine threaded port, thin transparent wall and micro dispensing tip contour features
5. Multi-stage high-temperature resistant particle-free high-gloss polishing optimized for transparent medical LSR
6. Optional ultra-clean anti-corrosion surface coating compatible with diagnostic laboratory grade biocompatible LSR raw materials

All mold core, cavity and structural components complete full 3D coordinate measuring inspection to satisfy strict in-vitro diagnostic lab equipment drawing tolerance standards. Full customization is supported based on LSR lab connector samples or engineering drawings: cavity quantity, mold steel grade, cooling circuit layout and polishing grade can be adjusted according to medical LSR purity grade, biosafety cleanroom requirements and daily production capacity. The modular multi-cavity layout greatly improves molding efficiency while unifying connector interchangeability, fluid channel smoothness and optical transparency of full set LSR diagnostic lab fluid control fittings.
