Detailed Introduction

This multi-cavity LSR injection mold is professionally customized for full-set liquid silicone respiratory nebulizer mask supporting components, fully optimized for liquid silicone rubber’s high transparency, soft elasticity and medical biocompatibility to eliminate typical LSR molding defects including weld lines, air bubbles, thin diaphragm warpage and sealing edge burrs.

The split fixed-moving two-plate mold adopts symmetrical modular multi-row cavity layout to realize mass production of all silicone parts shown in the image: three sizes T-type valve spuds, multi-dimension circular sealing gaskets, positioning limit strips and micro one-way valve sealing diaphragms. Each thin-wall elastic silicone component cavity is an independent embedded insert for quick disassembly, replacement and residue-free deep cleaning. All molding surfaces adopt multi-stage high-gloss mirror polishing matched with LSR low-viscosity molding characteristics, which effectively reduces surface flow marks and internal fluid dead corners, realizing flash-free finished products without secondary trimming.

Independent distributed cooling pipelines are laid out for every single cavity to precisely control constant mold temperature during LSR injection & curing process, effectively restraining thin silicone diaphragm bending, circular sealing ring uneven shrinkage and micro valve spout deformation. Built-in precision interlock slide locking blocks maintain stable clamping force under long-cycle cleanroom mass production, preventing micro flash on ultra-thin sealing edges and tiny valve structures, and extending mold service life under cyclic liquid silicone high-temperature vulcanization molding.

1. 5-axis CNC rough milling for mold base outline and thin-wall elastic silicone cavity rough forming
2. Vacuum stress relief heat treatment to stabilize steel hardness and reduce thermal deformation under continuous LSR curing temperature
3. Precision surface grinding to control mold plate flatness & parallelism within ±0.002mm
4. Sinker EDM & Wire Cut WEDM for ultra-fine thin sealing ring, slender valve spud and micro diaphragm contour features
5. Multi-stage high-temperature resistant high-gloss polishing optimized for transparent medical LSR
6. Optional anti-corrosion surface coating compatible with medical grade biocompatible liquid silicone raw materials

All mold core, cavity and structural components complete full 3D coordinate measuring inspection to satisfy strict wearable respiratory medical device drawing tolerance standards. Full customization is supported based on LSR mask fitting samples or engineering drawings: cavity quantity, mold steel grade, cooling circuit layout and polishing grade can be adjusted according to medical LSR biocompatibility grade, Class 100/1000 cleanroom requirements and daily production capacity. The symmetrical multi-cavity layout greatly improves molding efficiency while unifying sealing elasticity, optical transparency and dimensional consistency of disposable wearable respiratory therapy silicone auxiliary fittings.
