Detailed Introduction

This heavy-duty high-current connector plastic series adopts two premium high-performance polymers PEEK and PEI to meet strict structural stability requirements of new energy vehicle high-voltage circuits.

• PEEK: Superior tensile strength, wear resistance and long-term thermal creep resistance, applied to large cylindrical shells, sealing gear rings and thick crimp plates bearing heavy assembly extrusion load and cyclic high-temperature impact.
• PEI (Ultem): Balanced high-temperature insulation performance and excellent moldability for complex thick-wall structures, suitable for integrated plug outer housings and miniature locking clips.

The product portfolio covers core high-voltage wiring matching assemblies: oversized cylindrical ribbed protective housings, gear-shaped sealing retaining rings for wire harness waterproof fixation, integrated ergonomic plug outer shells, thick crimp positioning plates with positioning grooves, small secondary locking clips and circular sealing gaskets. Reinforced thick rib design greatly improves structural rigidity and eliminates deformation under vehicle vibration and temperature alternation. Integrated sealing groove structure supports matching rubber sealing rings to realize IP-grade waterproof and dustproof performance for chassis and engine compartment wiring. Optimized high-temperature melt flow mold design solves filling shortage and warpage defects of large thick-wall PEEK/PEI parts during injection molding.

Complete Production Workflow

1. Precision mold core processing: 5-axis CNC rough & finish milling, micro sinker EDM for complex sealing rib contours and locking slot structures
2. Vacuum stress relief heat treatment for mold steel to stabilize large thick cavity dimensions under sustained high-temperature injection cycles
3. Multi-stage ultra-fine mirror polishing to reduce high-viscosity PEEK/PEI melt adhesion and guarantee smooth assembly matching
4. Segmented high-temperature precision injection molding dedicated to PEEK & PEI high-performance plastics
5. Post-molding full 3D coordinate dimensional inspection, burr trimming, long-term high-temperature thermal aging and insulation resistance testing

All finished plastic components pass thermal creep and waterproof sealing verification. Custom development is fully supported based on customer high-voltage circuit layout drawings: shell inner diameter, wall thickness, sealing tooth layout, polymer grade and locking structure can be adjusted according to operating temperature, high-current load and vehicle assembly specifications. The series serves new energy vehicle battery pack high-voltage junction modules and commercial vehicle engine heavy-load power distribution connectors.
