Liquid Silicone Rubber Molding Workshop

Our liquid silicone rubber molding workshop supports the controlled production of precision LSR components for medical, sealing, electronics, and other functional applications.

The workshop is equipped with liquid silicone injection molding machines, material metering and feeding systems, automated handling units, and operator-assisted inspection stations. Production is carried out in an organized, controlled environment to reduce contamination and maintain consistent handling between molding and inspection.

Key Advantages

  • Controlled LSR material feeding
  • Stable molding parameters
  • Automated component handling
  • Consistent repeat production

Production Capabilities

Two-component liquid silicone materials are accurately metered, mixed, and delivered to the molding machine before being injected into a heated mold. The material then cures inside the cavity to form flexible silicone components with detailed shapes and stable performance.

The workshop can support:

  • Precision liquid silicone components
  • Medical-related silicone parts
  • Seals, gaskets, and diaphragms
  • Flexible functional components
  • Silicone overmolded parts
  • Mold-trial samples
  • Low-volume and repeat production

Operators monitor material feeding, injection conditions, mold temperature, curing time, demolding, and component appearance throughout production. Molded parts are checked for incomplete filling, flash, deformation, contamination, and surface defects before transfer to trimming, cleaning, inspection, or packaging.

The liquid silicone rubber molding workshop forms part of our in-house manufacturing system, connecting mold development, LSR molding, automated handling, quality inspection, and controlled product transfer. Actual production conditions are selected according to the silicone formulation, mold structure, component geometry, cleanliness requirements, and project specifications.
