Multi-tooth terminal mold inserts are core functional components for progressive stamping dies used to manufacture conductive terminals. The precise serrated tooth structure realizes embossing, shaping and locking forming of metal terminal strips, directly controlling the dimensional accuracy and contact performance of finished terminals.

All inserts undergo full-process precision manufacturing: CNC contour milling for tooth profile, heat treatment to enhance surface hardness, ultra-precision grinding and EDM finishing to eliminate micro burrs on tooth edges. Each part passes full dimensional inspection to ensure consistent tooth spacing and profile, avoiding poor contact or terminal deformation during mass stamping.

Customization is supported via 2D/3D drawings or physical terminal samples. Material grades and processing plans can be optimized according to stamping speed, terminal material and production volume to meet high-efficiency, long-lifetime precision stamping demands.
