Detailed Introduction

Mold bushings and forming sleeves are core circular forming components for precision molds. Integrated cylindrical sleeves are used to form outer contours of plastic or metal workpieces, while split sleeves facilitate quick demolding for complex undercut structures. The ultra-precise inner bore and outer cylindrical surface guarantee perfect coaxiality, which directly eliminates dimensional runout and surface defects on finished products.

All sleeves undergo multi-stage precision processing: CNC rough turning, heat treatment for hardness improvement, dual-axis precision grinding for inner and outer circles, EDM machining for special side cutouts, and final mirror polishing to achieve ultra-smooth surfaces. Full inspection of concentricity, roundness and dimensional tolerance is performed on each component to meet high-cycle continuous production standards.

Customization is supported based on 2D/3D drawings or sample parts. Material hardness and surface finish standards can be adjusted according to molding temperature, workpiece material and daily output to extend mold service life and lower production defect rates.
