YIZUMI Injection Molding Machine

Our injection molding workshop is equipped with a YIZUMI injection molding machine for mold trials, process verification, sample production, and repeat manufacturing of precision plastic components.

The machine shown features an orange safety enclosure and is integrated with a top-entry take-out robot. This configuration allows molded parts or runner systems to be removed automatically after each molding cycle, helping maintain a stable production rhythm and reduce unnecessary manual contact.

The complete model number is not clearly visible in the image, so the equipment is presented under the general name YIZUMI Injection Molding Machine.

Equipment Capabilities

The machine processes thermoplastic materials through a controlled injection molding cycle. Plastic resin is heated and plasticized inside the barrel, injected into the closed mold cavity, held under pressure, cooled, and then removed after the mold opens.

Operators can adjust and monitor key process conditions, including:

  • Injection speed and pressure
  • Barrel temperature
  • Screw position and metering
  • Holding pressure and time
  • Mold opening and closing
  • Clamping conditions
  • Cooling time
  • Ejector movement
  • Overall production cycle

These parameters are configured according to the resin material, mold structure, component geometry, wall thickness, surface requirements, and dimensional tolerances.

Typical Applications

The YIZUMI injection molding machine is used in our factory for:

  • Precision plastic components
  • Medical-related molded parts
  • Electronic and connector components
  • Small structural parts
  • Plastic fittings and housings
  • Insert-molded components
  • Mold-trial samples
  • Repeat production batches

Automated Handling

The top-entry robot installed above the machine enters the mold area after each cycle and removes the finished part or runner. It can then transfer the product to a collection area, inspection station, conveyor, or downstream handling process.

Automated part removal helps improve handling consistency and is particularly useful for components that require controlled orientation, reduced surface contact, or stable cycle timing.

Role in Our Manufacturing Process

The YIZUMI injection molding machine is integrated with our mold design, CNC machining, EDM, grinding, mold assembly, trial molding, and quality-inspection capabilities.

A typical production process may include:

  1. Mold installation and setup
  2. Resin preparation
  3. Initial process adjustment
  4. Sample molding
  5. Automated part removal
  6. Appearance and dimensional inspection
  7. Mold or parameter optimization
  8. Repeat production

Keeping this molding capability within our factory allows molding operators, mold technicians, engineers, and quality personnel to review actual samples directly and coordinate adjustments when filling, appearance, dimensional, cooling, or demolding issues are identified.

The equipment shown represents our in-house YIZUMI injection molding capability. Actual processing conditions depend on the machine configuration, resin material, mold design, product geometry, and project quality requirements.
