YIZUMI T160P5 Injection Molding Machine

Our injection molding workshop is equipped with a YIZUMI T160P5 injection molding machine for mold trials, process verification, sample production, and repeat manufacturing of plastic components.

The model marking visible on the machine is T160P5. It belongs to YIZUMI’s TP5 series of three-platen precision energy-saving injection molding machines. The model is a 160-ton-class machine rather than a 150-ton model, so the website title should use T160P5 or 160 Ton Injection Molding Machine.

The machine is integrated with a top-entry take-out robot, enabling molded parts or runner systems to be removed automatically after each production cycle.

Equipment Capabilities

The T160P5 is used to process thermoplastic materials through controlled plasticizing, injection, holding, cooling, mold opening, and ejection stages. Operators adjust the molding conditions according to the resin, mold structure, part geometry, surface requirements, and dimensional tolerances.

The equipment can support:

  • Precision plastic components
  • Electronic and connector parts
  • Plastic housings and structural parts
  • Fittings, rings, and molded accessories
  • Insert-molded components
  • Mold-trial samples
  • Low-volume and repeat production

The automated take-out robot removes parts from the mold area and transfers them to a collection container, inspection station, conveyor, or downstream operation. This helps maintain consistent cycle timing and reduces unnecessary contact with newly molded components.

Role in Our Manufacturing Process

The YIZUMI T160P5 is integrated with our mold design, CNC machining, EDM, grinding, mold assembly, trial molding, and quality-inspection capabilities.

A typical production workflow includes:

  1. Mold installation and setup
  2. Resin preparation and drying
  3. Initial molding-parameter adjustment
  4. Sample production
  5. Automated part removal
  6. Appearance and dimensional inspection
  7. Mold or process optimization
  8. Repeat batch production

Keeping this equipment within our factory allows molding operators, mold technicians, engineers, and quality personnel to review samples directly and coordinate adjustments when filling, appearance, dimensions, cooling, or demolding conditions require improvement.

The equipment shown represents our in-house YIZUMI T160P5 injection molding capability. Actual molding conditions depend on the resin material, mold design, component geometry, quality requirements, and production quantity.
