What is TeflonTeflon classification: Teflon can be divided into several basic types: PTFE, FEP, PFA, and ETFE. PTFE PFA: PFA (perfluoroalkyl compound) non stick coatings, like FEP, melt and flow during baking to form a non porous film. The advantage of PFA is that it has a higher continuous usage temperature of 260 ℃, stronger stiffness, and is particularly suitable for use in the fields of anti adhesion and chemical resistance under high temperature conditions. Teflon ETFE: ETFE is a copolymer of ethylene and tetrafluoroethylene, which is the toughest fluoropolymer and can form a highly durable coating. It has excellent chemical resistance and can work continuously at 150 ℃. |

A: Usually you need to provide 2D drawings and 3D drawings to us for faster mold quotation and manufacturing. Supported 2D drawing formats are: AI, PDF, DWG, CAD, DXF, DLG, etc. Supported formats for 3D drawings are: STP, IGS, etc.
Q: We don't have product drawings, only samples, can you process them?
A: We offer sample processing, but providing 2D or 3D drawings will allow us to understand your needs more accurately and quote faster.
Q: How about your mold making capability?

Q: What plastics can you process for injection molding?

Q: What if the processed mold does not meet the requirements?
