1. Plastic material used for the product

The plastics used for injection molded products have different shrinkage rates, which directly affects the precision of the mold. The so-called shrinkage rate refers to the ratio of the size of the product inside the cavity after the plastic is heated and injected into the cavity during the injection molding process to the size of the product after it is ejected and cooled. Shrinkage rate is usually marked on the physical properties table of the injection molding material manufacturer. However, in addition to the physical properties table, we will also pay attention to the optimization of injection parameters and mold design. For us, it is not enough to do the above two points, our rich mold design team will also determine the shrinkage rate in some special directions according to the shape of the product and according to the experience, in order to avoid the risk of mold design and manufacturing.

In addition, different plastic raw materials have different flow ratios, and according to the different flow ratios, the design of the inlet shape and the design of the ejection system of the mold will be very different. In addition, even for the same material, different mold designs need to be adopted according to the nature of the product itself. 2. 2D drawing or 3D digital mold file of the product with tolerance

For us, product drawings are quite important, and the most fearful thing is that there is no drawing or the information provided in the drawing is not comprehensive. Because drawings without complete information is no target, which will cause great difficulties to our work. Of course, in special cases where there are no tolerances and the customer simply needs precision injection molding for individual positions, we can accomplish the task just as well.
