The basic structure of the high precision connector injection machine is composed of three systems:

Injection molding device consists of screw: plunger, barrel, heater, nozzle, hopper, injection molding and mobile hydraulic cylinder, metering device, transmission device, etc.

The clamping device is to realize the reliable opening and closing, injection, and pressure holding of the mold and can provide sufficient clamping force and corresponding stroke. When the injection molded part is demolded, it provides sufficient reasoning and corresponding stroke.
