Use of high precision plastic injection mold runner balance:
In the process of mold design, most designers will give priority to the use of high precision plastic injection mold runner balance feeding in the process of considering how to feed the mold, because it has many advantages.
The glue feeding balance can ensure the stability of the process, the size difference of the same product produced by one mold is not large, and the process adjustment of the injection molding machine is convenient.
However, the balanced flow channel feeding also has disadvantages. The most direct problem is that the quality of the flow channel material is too large, which increases the workload of the crushing process after the recovery of the flow channel material. Compared with the product itself, the proportion of recycled material is too large. The so-called balanced runner is not actually an absolute balance, and the injection pressure at the end of multiple products is still different to a certain extent.
The advantage of the unbalanced runner is that the quality of the runner material is small in the high precision plastic injection mold design. Compared with the product itself, the proportion of recycled material is small, and the workload of crushing is reduced after the runner material is recovered. It adopts a one-word layout, and the size of the mold raw material will also be reduced by a part. Of course, the disadvantages of unbalanced runners are also obvious. The pressure at the end of the product decreases, and the injection molding process is more complicated in controlling flash, poor appearance and product size.
The reclaimed material is the filling material of the cold runner which is pulverized into small particles by the pulverizer and then recycled and used again, and the proportion of the reclaimed material is the proportion of the reclaimed material per kilogram of material. The higher the proportion of recycled materials, that is, the more crushed materials in the mixture, the higher the defective rate of the products produced. The proportion of recycled materials and products produced by each mold is certain. If the flow channel is too long and the volume is too large, the proportion of recycled materials will inevitably be too large. In order to ensure product quality in production, people often limit recycling. If the proportion of recycled materials used is too low, the endless recycled materials will accumulate and eventually become industrial waste.
